Let’s Horse Around

June 6 – 10, 2016 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM  @ LEPS

*Class size limited * Fees: $160.00 per child Please send a snack each day.

Spend a fun filled week learning about the world of horses. You will have a chance to use real horse equipment and experience all the tasks that are needed to care for a horse. We will have stories about horses, western art projects, P.E. activities, a cooking activity, and a special visit by a 4-legged friend.

Creative Crafts

June 13-17, 2016 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM @ LEPS

*Class size limited* Fees: $160.00 per child Please send a snack each day.

Paint, paper, chalk, fabric, beads, feathers, buttons, and more will be used to create various crafts that will be fun to make, wear, and admire during this week of multi-sensory craft projects. Your child will explore many types of art media and is sure to enjoy the process as well as the completed pieces. In addition, fun cooking experiences for the children to create special treats to eat and enjoy

Summer Camp 2016  At Little Epistles Preschool 3230 Meridian – Mrs. Ulsberger “Mrs. U”

We are thrilled to offer two summer camps for preschool students who are 3 years of age, or who have attended our Toddler Class. Each camp is held Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on our preschool campus. Children must be potty trained to attend.

Touch and Feel Nature Exploration

Session One: June 6th – 10th 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM  $160.00 @ LEPS

In this unit, campers will have a blast exploring nature through play, encouraging curiosity about the world we live in. From the comfort of our indoor classroom and outdoor play areas, they will enjoy art, sensory experiences, music, stories and lots of opportunity for play and movement while widening their horizons of our beautiful world! Bring a sack lunch each day

Creativity Under the Sea

Session Two: June 13th- 17th 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM $160.00 @ LEPS

Everybody jump in! This week children will find treasure, meet sea friends, and dive into the exciting world of the ocean. Our week will include lots of messy art, outdoor play, liquid experiments, fishy music and movement and, of course what every under the sea adventure requires, finding gold. Bring a sack lunch each day.

Summer Camp 2016  At Little Epistles Preschool 3230 Meridian – with Mrs. Ho & Ms. Dizon

We are excited to offer 2 summer camps for preschool students 3 ½ to 5 years of age. Each camp is Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. Field trips are from 9:30 to 1:30. On field trip days the children are to be dropped off and picked up at the field trip site unless otherwise noted. Please send a sack lunch each day except where noted. Children must be completely toilet trained. We need a minimum of 9 children in each session to be able to offer each of these Summer Camps.

Big Messy Art

Monday, June 6th @ LEPS 9:00-12:00

This adventure is sure to bring the joy of creativity, the delight of imagination and the thrill of trying to paint a hanging ball while it moves. Come join us, I know these young minds are ready for the challenge. Bring a lunch.

Lets Play Science

Tuesday, June 7th @ LEPS 9:00-12:00 

Preschoolers are naturally wonderful at asking questions about the world around them. We have put together a collection of safe, fun and easy science activities and experiments. By exploring these hands-on activities they will seek answers to their question and view the world scientifically. We provide lunch today.

Field Trip Squalicum Park Picnic

Wednesday, June 8th Field Trip Day Meet @ LEPS 9:30-1:30 Pick up at Squalicum

We will take the City bus from LEPS to Squalicum Park. We will have lunch, play and then children will need to be picked up by the play ground parking lot. Bring a lunch.


Thursday, June 9th @ LEPS 9:00-12:00

Today we will be learning all about rainforests. Focusing on the animals and plant life living within these fascinating ecosystems. Students will be reading books, completing art projects and other activities to enhance their learning. Bring a lunch.

Whatcom Falls Park

Friday, June 10th- Field Trip Day Meet and pick up at Whatcom Falls Park Tennis Courts 9:30 to 1:30

Rainforest. Experience first hand everything we learned about our natural world. This adventure we will take the children on a nature walk through the wilds of the park. Followed by a tasty treat at Lafeens. Drop off and pick up will be at the tennis courts off from Electric Ave. Bring a lunch.  

Session Two: June 13th – June 17th ($175.00) At LEPS 9:00 to 12:00 Field Trips 9:30 to 1:30 Attendance: Minimum 9 /Maximum 16

Chefs for a Day

Monday, June 13th @ LEPS 9:00-12:00

My, oh my! No matter how you slice it children love handson cooking in the kitchen. The fun cooking projects we have planned will have your children earning their chef’s hats in no time. Lunch will be provided today.


Tuesday, June 14th @ LEPS 9:00-12:00 

Counting is Fun: This adventure is far from boring. The children will experience many hands-on math activities that will sure to excite their inquisitive minds. Bring a lunch.

Camping at Cornwall Park

Wednesday, June 15th , Fieldtrip Day Meet @ LEPS

This adventure takes us to a great park with a wading pool where the children will have fun running through the water. After the water play we will go on a short hike through the wooded estate. Finishing off this adventure we will have hotdogs and s’mores. Lunch will be provided today

Under The Sea

Thursday, June 16th @ LEPS 9:00-12:00

This adventure is fun and exciting. The children will learn about all the beautiful creatures that live in the sea, and work on a variety of ocean inspired projects. Bring a lunch.

Pirate Hunt at Boulevard Park

Friday, June 17th @ Fieldtrip Day Drop off and Pick up at Boulevard Park 9:30-1:30

Pirate Hunt at Boulevard Park: Come join us for a pirate treasure hunt to finish up our summer adventures. The pirates left us a treasure map. “X” marks the spot where the treasure is hidden. Bring a lunch for a picnic in the park.
