Administrative Assistant and Admission Coordinator at Little Epistles Preschool

Rachel joined the St. Paul’s community in August 2003 as Administrative Assistant for St. Paul’s Little Epistles Preschool.

Rachel was born and raised in Bellingham. After graduating from Sehome High School, she attended Washington State University, Western Washington University and Whatcom Community College. With a strong desire to work with people and travel, she attended and graduated from S.S.T. Travel School. She was hired by The Travel Gallery, Inc., where she worked for, and then later became manager for ten years. During this time, she married her husband Brian Lee. After their first child Lindsay was born, Rachel decided to be a stay at home mom. After the birth of their son Jacob, she then started doing some part time general bookkeeping and work for Whatcom Travel.

When both of her children had started at St. Paul’s, she began volunteering in the school office and in her child’s classroom. Rachel was an active member of the parent association “PALS”, where she volunteered for, coordinated and chaired numerous auctions. Rachel also served on the school’s parent finance committee and served as Officer to PALS as Vice President 2002-2003 and President 2005-06.

When not working, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, going to the beach, and gardening.
